Lori Peterson is in mourning.former real housewives of orange county The star revealed on Saturday that her son Joshua-Michael Philip Waring died on Easter Sunday.
Peterson paid tribute to Joshua-Michael with a photo of a merry-go-round on Instagram. She also wrote her long caption reminding her of her son’s childhood, which was “full of her deep intelligence” and how her son loved to be active. The cause of death has not been disclosed.
“It is with a broken heart that I write this post to let you know that my beloved Josh passed away on Easter Sunday. No one can prepare you for a loss so profound.” Peter Son’s caption began. “Every fiber of his body hurts. Josh has been fighting for his life every day for most of his adult life, but this past Sunday’s challenge was too much.”
She added: “Josh’s childhood was filled with deep intelligence, humor, pranks, track and field, snowboarding, bodyboarding, and a love of reading, friends, and music. He faces challenges as an adult. Through it all, Josh maintained his sense of humor.” He remained optimistic, continued to be kind to others, continued to protect those who were unable to protect themselves, and continued to love his family so much! ”
Peterson went on to thank everyone who “tried to help Josh along the way.” She avoided that he suffered from substance abuse.
“Not everyone understands people who struggle with substance abuse disorders, but I am forever grateful for your understanding and the impact you all had on his life,” she wrote in the caption. Ta. “I would also like to thank all those who have supported me throughout this journey, who have shared their stories of living with substance abuse disorders, who have offered kind words of encouragement, and who have spoken to me over the years about children who have sadly been bereaved. I would also like to thank the many parents who have shared their stories of this disease.”
She ended her message in part with, “Heaven has acquired the coolest angel and you are finally free, sweet boy. Love you always and forever, Mom.”
Peterson appeared on the first eight seasons of the popular reality show Bravo, appearing as a main cast member in the first four seasons. She and her husband George Peterson welcomed Joshua Michael in 1988, followed by her daughters Ashley and Sophie.
