West appears to have sampled Ozzy Osbourne’s ‘Iron Man’ performance without permission

Ozzy Osbourne’s wife and manager Sharon Osbourne is threatening legal action against Kanye West for allegedly sampling his performance of the song “Iron Man” from his new album without permission.
Ozzy first brought the rights violations to light in a social media post on Friday, calling West “Black Sabbath” because he “is an anti-Semite and has caused untold heartache to many.” He said that he refused to let him listen to a live version of “Iron Man.”
Now, Sharon comes in and says, “I’m going to do this. TMZ “Kanye had sex with the wrong Jew this time.” She said the couple had already sent a cease-and-desist order to Mr. West’s team and would take further legal action if they continued to use the samples.
Sharon’s late father, music manager Don Arden, was Jewish, and Sharon said: identify as Jewish.

“The simple fact is we don’t want to be associated with haters,” Osborne added. “He shouldn’t be allowed to spread hate the way he did. All the excuses like whether he’s bipolar or not don’t change that. Basically, it’s like, “Fuck you.” ”
Sharon claims West’s camp first contacted her about sample clearance three weeks ago, and she and Ozzy responded, “Absolutely not.” But West appeared to ignore their rejections, as he performed a song featuring a sample of Ozzy playing “Iron Man” at a listening party in Chicago on Thursday night.
