Xiaomi 14 Ultra could be launched internationally on February 25th at MWC in Barcelona, along with the “vanilla” 14 model. Now, the combination of RAM and storage it will be offered with has been leaked in China. Please note that these are for the Chinese market, so only some of these may be available overseas.
According to a tipster on Weibo, China’s equivalent of Twitter/X, the base version of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It also offers 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, and 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
Interestingly, a titanium special edition is also rumored, which will only come with the 16GB/1TB combo. This indicates that the “regular” 14 Ultra, not the special edition, does not have a titanium frame. Apparently, the titanium special edition will be about 500 RMB (about $69 or 64 euros at current exchange rates) more expensive than his non-titanium 16GB/1TB version.
Previous rumors suggest that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come with a 6.73-inch 120 Hz QHD+ LTPO AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, quad rear camera system (50 MP main with variable aperture, 50 MP ultrawide, 50 MP 3.2x telephoto, 50 MP 5x telephoto), 32 MP selfie snapper, IP68 rated dust and water resistance, and 5,300 mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging. It runs Android 14 with HyperOS.
