PC Leader Tony Wakeham shuffled the Shadow Cabinet.
Wakeham will be responsible for intergovernmental affairs, while Barry Petten will move to health and infrastructure. He will remain in office as leader of the opposition party.
Former party leader David Brazil will serve as finance critic, while Paul Ding will focus on education and children and youth services.
