This recall involves three different brands of handheld garment steamers.
- Steam first model SF-425, SF-435, SF-440, SF-445, SF-447
- Vornado model VS-410
- Clearer image model SI-428
The steamer is available in the following colors: SF-435 (white, black, light pink, hot pink, sage green, orange, teal blue). SF-425, SF-440, SF-445, SF-447, SI-428 (white). and VS-410 (black).
Hot water may come out of the steam nozzle while the clothes steamer is heating.
The company reported that from July 2009 to January 2024, 12,953 affected products were sold in Canada and approximately 2 million in the United States.
