Prince Harry reportedly learned of Duchess Kate’s cancer diagnosis on TV.
“It is understood that Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan were not informed of Duchess Kate’s cancer diagnosis in advance.” [Markle],” The British Times reported Saturday, a day after the 42-year-old Princess of Wales revealed she was undergoing preventive chemotherapy.
“Sources have confirmed that no such conversation took place, and it is believed that Prince Harry learned of Kate’s diagnosis on television at the same time as the rest of the world.”
Upon learning of the diagnosis, the “Spares” author, 39, and the “Suits” alum, 42, released a short statement. Expressing support for Middleton.
“We pray for the health and healing of Kate and her family and hope that they can live in peace in their private lives,” the Duke and Duchess of Sussex said.
The new Times report comes a day after The Post exclusively reported on the couple’s relationship. The Princess of Wales was ‘blindsided’ by the news of her cancer.
“They had no idea and learned the news at about the same time the rest of the world did,” the insider said. “This shows the irreparable damage they have caused. Trust has broken down, but the Royal Family is willing to distance itself from them.”

“I had major abdominal surgery in London in January, and at the time my condition was not thought to be cancerous,” she explained. “The surgery was successful. However, post-surgery tests revealed that cancer was present.”
The mother of three said she is currently in the early stages of undergoing “preventative chemotherapy”.
“I hope you understand that as a family I need time, space and privacy until I finish my treatment,” she continued, adding that the illness “has been a huge shock.”
Ms Middleton also said that she and Prince William would “handle and manage this matter privately” for their children Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5. He also said he was doing everything he could to help.
“My work has always brought me deep joy, so I look forward to returning when I can, but for now I must focus on making a full recovery.” she concluded.
