Conservative Party Leader made an announcement In a campaign-style video posted online early Monday morning, the company plans to hold a media event in Ottawa at 10 a.m. ET to provide more information.
The Conservatives claim the measure would save Canadians $40,000 on the purchase of an $800,000 home and encourage the construction of an additional 30,000 homes in Canada each year.
This announcement is based on previous vows Poièvre proposed eliminating GST on the construction of new housing with below-market rental prices.
