Every year, each member mobile syrup The team compiles a list of five favorite things, but I often struggle to think of enough things I’ve really enjoyed over the past 12 months.
It’s not that I hate something or have hatred constantly coursing through my veins. On the contrary, I like many things. However, when it’s time to reflect on the year, many of the devices, TV shows, movies, and experiences we really enjoyed fade from our memory, and the older we get, the harder it seems to remember them. (I think it’s because I’m always online and consume tons of content).
This year was no different, and as always, I dug deep into the back of my mind to find five things I really loved from this past year.
So let’s get down to business:

I’m a creature of habit.
This means halo infinite It remained my go-to game throughout 2023. Hello The game is still not perfect two years after its release, but it has gotten better. length How it’s been this past year. in fact, halo infinite It’s probably the best arena shooter out there right now, thanks to the addition of Forge and the wealth of new content that comes to the game on a regular basis.
Despite what many might expect, the “boomer shooter” lives on.
intention infinite has reached the peak of popularity Hello Was the series accomplished once? Probably not.But that’s not enough halo infinite Either it’s a bad game or it’s not worth enough as a holdover until the next entry in the series (Rumor has it that it will be a battle royale. Developed by Cert Affinity) will be dropped.

On a different note, I’m still not a big fan of Bandit’s relatively new “ranked” multiplayer start, but I’m slowly starting to understand how the weapons work (I still prefer the Battle Rifle I like it). I can understand why 343 Industries needed to revamp the ranked/professional scene of the game with guns that require more accuracy and further deepen the skill gap, but for older players like me, the transition was more difficult than expected.
intention halo infinite Considering it’s on my 2021, 2022, and now 2023 lists, will it be one of my favorites for 2024? probably. I don’t plan on quitting the game anytime soon.
I got horny after that analog pocket Ever since it was first released, I couldn’t resist pulling the trigger on this ultimate retro revival handheld device. After struggling with Pocket’s exorbitant international shipping costs ($39.99 USD) [about $53 CAD]), I ended up buying the yellow version of the device, at least in part because it matched the color of the original Game Boy I’d had since I was a kid.
For those who don’t know, the Analogue Pocket is a modern version of Nintendo’s Game Boy, extending to the handheld’s ability to play actual Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advance cartridges (as well as the Game Gear and Game Boy Advance cartridges). You can also play other systems like ). Neo Geo pocket and additional attachments). Since it is built on the FPGA development platform, it can also run emulators and ROMs for various systems.
After using the handheld for a few months, is the Analogue Pocket worth its hefty price tag of $289.98 USD (approximately $383.24 CAD)? I think so.the The 3.5-inch LCD, 1600 x 1440 resolution display is great, much better than mine. Remake of Game Boy Color. The overall design of the handheld is great. Yes, it costs a ridiculous amount of money, but the Analogue Pocket is amazing and by far my favorite device I’ve used this year.
keep an eye on mobile syrup Over the next few weeks, I’ll be writing an article highlighting my experience with Analogue Pocket so far.
People who don’t know me may be surprised, but I love silly reality shows. To me, there’s nothing more relaxing than watching attractive-looking people fight over meaningless things like their lives depend on it. It’s a release from my own problems and a nice escape from reality.
My interest in this field has been going on for many years and started with hill From the mid to late 80’s.I also hosted The Hills: A New Beginning A podcast that has been going on for several years. Unwritten (Unfortunately, the TV show featured in the podcast was terrible. You don’t have to bother watching it.)this brought me VUnderpump rules, A TV show about often awful young men living in Los Angeles and working at Lisa Vanderpump’s various restaurants in the early seasons (most of the cast doesn’t actually work there anymore, and now I’m a B-grade It has become something that should be called social media (influencers).
I always knew the TV show existed and had seen the odd episode, but that was until season 10.Scandvar” It turns out this series really hit my radar. I just rewatched the entire series from the beginning. In later seasons of the TV show, it was fascinating to watch the cast grow (or regress) into the people they are today, moving from very average apartments to palatial homes.
When I was watching Vanderpump Rules” In early seasons, you’re probably as confused as I am as to why Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix, and Rachel “Requel” Levis’ cheating issues caused the entire reality show’s cast to make a fuss at various points. I’m sure you are. The shows seem to be sleeping with each other.
Blink-182 — Once again…
My sons are back in 2023 – for real this time.
Against all odds, Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker have kissed and made up with estranged band member Tom DeLonge, bringing us new music from Blink-182’s original lineup for the first time since 2012. Ta. once again… It’s the worst. In fact, I’d argue this is the best-case scenario for the middle-aged pop-punk trio. box car racer The album’s earworms are “Terrified,” “Dance With Me,” and “Terpentine,” an outlandish song that makes no sense in the best sense of the word. Why does DeLong say this?“Put your dick in Ovaltine,” doesn’t he say turpentine incorrectly throughout the song?
Perhaps we will never know.
Admittedly, this album has some bad points. California– Like “Fell In Love” and the overly forced “One More Time…” which is where the album takes its name, but as a fan of the band since I was 11 years old, this is the best song for me. It’s the situation. New His Blink-182 Music in 2023.
Kingston Prison Tour
Opened in 1835 and closed in 2013, Kingston Prison is an architectural marvel that has been pieced together in fascinating ways over the years, with several renovations and new additions to the facility. Unfortunately, the prison is now so neglected that it is in a state of disrepair in some areas, but it’s a fascinating tour that includes the expertise and stories of the guards who worked at the facility before it closed. . Highlights include the gym, garden (featured in several TV shows such as: mayor of kingstown) and workshop are part of the prison, full of intricate stonework straight out of a medieval castle.
