Cindy Morgan, best known for her breakout role in the 1980 film Caddyshack, has died at the age of 69.
Morgan died in Florida, According to TMZthe person who first reported the news.
The paper claimed that the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that her death occurred “in the area,” but gave no other information.
meanwhile, Fox News reported The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said she died of natural causes “several days ago.”
Morgan co-starred with Chevy Chase and Bill Murray in Caddyshack, where she played blonde bombshell Lacey Underall.
“‘Caddyshack’ was my first movie, and I can tell you that the final film turned out to be completely different. It was originally about Caddy,” she recalled in a 2012 interview. According to the Daily Mail.
“So at first, I had nothing to lose to audition. It was fun.”

Morgan is also known for playing two characters, computer programmer Laura and her alter ego Yori, in 1982’s Tron.
In addition to her film credits, she appeared in numerous television shows such as ‘Falcon Crest,’ ‘Matlock,’ and ‘Hunter.’
Her last film credit, per IMDbshe voiced the main character’s mother in 2022’s “Face of the Trinity.”
She doesn’t seem to have any upcoming projects.
