Inspired by Nintendo Donkey Kong The highlight of this series’ new area is a game-themed coaster with minecart rides. This area is within reach with a single warp pipe. Super mario bros. Chris Nilge, a theme park reporter living in Tokyo (@TDRExplorer) We got an early look at the Super Donkey Kong expansion merchandise, including coin-shaped cans and barrels! Here’s his Instagram post introducing the products. Everything is so cute, and I’m especially interested in the DK sippy cup and the headband with the character on it.
The exact date for the Super Nintendo World expansion has not been announced, but it is scheduled for Spring 2024 at Universal Studios Japan. Universal Studios fans can take their travel plans even further with the opening of Epic Universe in Orlando and Super Nintendo World, which is larger than Universal Studios Hollywood. We’re sure this coaster might make an appearance at his Florida theme park when it opens in 2025. For now, you can visit this coaster at Universal Studios in Osaka, Japan.
