The series consists of two versions: iQOO Neo9 and iQOO Neo9 Pro. The iQOO Neo9 boasts a powerful combination of Snapdragon 8 Gen2 and Vivo’s homegrown Q1 gaming chip, while the iQOO Neo9 Pro takes innovation one step further with Dimensity 9300 + Vivo’s Q1 gaming chip.

Powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, it has 12/16GB RAM, 5160mAh battery, and excellent 120W wired fast charging capability. The device also features a plastic center frame and a short-throw fingerprint sensor.
The iQOO Neo9 Pro, on the other hand, is expected to support high-frequency 2160Hz PWM dimming and offer a 6.78-inch 144Hz domestic straight display with a resolution of 2800×1260p. The camera setup includes a 50MP IMX920 OIS main camera + 50MP JN1 ultra-wide angle. Powered by Tenguet 9300 + in-house Q1 chip, supports 120W flash charging, has a large battery, X-axis motor, IR remote control, and NFC.
