Mia Goth is accused of intentionally kicking a movie extra in the head.
A man who was scheduled to appear in a small role in MaXXXine has filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against the actress, horror film director Ti West, and production company A24. TMZ reported Friday.
The background actor, whose name was not disclosed by the outlet, claimed that the situation got physical during a late night shoot last year.
He said they filmed the scene in which they pretended to be dead for several hours, wearing robes and lying in the dirt covered in fake blood, “enduring ants and mosquitoes.”
He said Goss, 30, was supposed to run past him, straddle him, stare at him and keep running.
But Ms Goss claimed she had “almost trampled” her and that Ms Goss, who also played Maxine Minx in X and Pearl, had warned her to be careful.
While filming the next take, the actress allegedly “deliberately kicked” him in the head with her boot.
He claimed that the kick allegedly caused severe pain and neck stiffness, but that no medical help was provided on set.
Additionally, this extra claimed that Goss then approached him in the bathroom, where she “teasing, mocking, and belittling” him before giving him the courage to do something.
The man claimed that he felt a headache on the way home and “almost fainted twice,” and that doctors later told him he had suffered a concussion.

The actor also claimed that removing the robe caused more pain as fake blood got on his body.
He claimed that he was fired immediately after the incident.
The man is seeking at least $500,000 in damages and punitive damages.
Goss, who has a 1-year-old daughter named Isabelle with husband Shia LaBeouf, did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
