Montour also shared post From a Palestinian liberation organization that called on people to “support the Palestinian resistance movement from al-Quds to Gaza.” Behind the text is an image of a rocket being launched.

Montour did not respond to several requests for comment from True North. However, shortly after True North contacted him, his LinkedIn page was deleted.
The views expressed in the post shared by Montour run counter to the position of the Liberal government of Canada, which condemned Hamas’ attacks on Israel as terrorism.
Ananda Sangarhi, Minister of Foreign Affairs Melanie Jolie Prime Minister Justin Trudeau issued a statement condemning Hamas and expressing solidarity with Israel following the attack.
