According to documents obtained by TMZ, the estate claims Kim obtained the furniture from a company called Clements Design (also a defendant), but it’s unclear whether Kim knew the furniture wasn’t authentic. It’s unknown.

Unfortunately for Kim, the estate claims that these items are imitations and that Kim advertised them as the real McCoy, leading people and the media to think that the items were designed by Judd. It is claimed that it has become.

The estate claims that Ms. Judd’s reputation and legacy have been tarnished as her video became famous.

The estate is asking Kim to delete the video, retract her claim that the furniture was original to Judd, and to profit from Clements Design.
