Meta announced some things Updates to the private messaging experience on Instagram. Users can now pin up to three conversations to the top of their inbox, edit messages for a limited time, and turn read receipts on or off.
Starting today, Instagram users can now edit their messages within 15 minutes of sending them. To do this, long press on the message and tap the “Edit” button from the drop-down menu.

If you need to respond to a specific message, Instagram shows you all the different ways to express yourself. Just long-press on a particular message to see all the different reply options including audio messages, photos, videos, GIFs, stickers, and more. This app now allows users to save their favorite stickers and access them easily.

Finally, Instagram is also adding new themes today to personalize your private conversations. The team said further updates will be coming soon to improve the messaging experience on the app.
