If you’re like me, training yourself is difficult. I set my alarm, but I can’t bring myself to get out of bed. Even though work is done and you’re packing up your clothes and sneakers, more pressing tasks keep coming your way. billions, And do you really want to leave home?

These personal trainers are real people (not AI here), and you can scroll through their profiles and qualifications to see who’s right for you. One warning. Even if you answer the quiz questions the same way, you won’t be given the same set of trainer options every time. So if you find a trainer you really want, grab it right away.
The trainer I chose sent me a video greeting and I booked a video call. Here I told her what I told you. She wanted to exercise more, but found it a bit of a chore and found it difficult to motivate herself to exercise. Basically, what I needed was someone who would assign me some fun workouts a week and hold me accountable to follow through. At some point, I told my coach that she had moved to a gym with a pool, and she started incorporating swimming into my assignments. When I told her that my gym had discontinued the foam roller, she switched to her alternative exercise. She can take data from my smartwatch at the end of each workout and use it to roughly see if I need to adjust my levels.
As time went on, I got to know my coach on a personal level as well. She asks how my weekend was and she sends me pictures when she gets back from vacation. I’m sure how much of an impact you get will depend on the coach you choose, but I’m much more likely to abandon a workout if I feel like I’m waiting for a real person I know to complete it. becomes difficult.

And when you know that person will be there to cheer you on in the chat as soon as they’re done, you’ll be even more motivated to make sure you get through your workout and do it right.
