Matthew Vaughn Famous for directing the films “Kick-Ass” and “Kingsman,” he actually went on to direct “X-Men: First Class” a few years after the incident, and he told this story: Ta. THR …To elaborate on what he said, he ended up leaving X-Men: The Last Stand in the mid-2000s.
To make a long story short…Vaughn was hired to direct the second sequel, but for a while — even though Halle wasn’t actually signed on yet… hugh jackman And other major actors will also be returning. MV claims that during pre-production, they discovered the duplicity at work from studio heads.
Bourne explains…He says he went to an executive’s office and looked at the new “X3” script and noticed that it was noticeably thicker. Naturally, Vaughn asked what this was all about, and pointed out that this was not the version of the script he ran. He claims the response he received forced him to post bail.
Vaughn says, “”[I went,] ‘What is this? ‘ [They said,] I said, “Oh, it’s a Halle Berry script.” I said, “Okay, she hasn’t signed up yet.” “But if this is what she wants and she signs up, we’ll trash it.” In other words, they pretended to include the scene Halle wanted, then scrapped it completely. I had her sign on the dotted line as I was going to do it.

Although he doesn’t name names here, the story is troubling — especially considering Halle was actually in the film — and the storm scene depicted is nowhere to be found.
